Charter companies here confirm bookings by message. We built a live page instead, and Gulf News described it in May 2025 — that article is the public record of the date.

Questions guests ask

Do I need to install anything?

No. It opens in the browser on any phone. There is no app and no password.

When do I get the link?

With your quote, before you pay. It stays the same link and updates as your booking changes.

Who has to bring a passport?

The person who made the booking brings one original passport or Emirates ID — one document for the whole booking. If anyone in your group uses water sports (jet ski, flyboard, seabob), every one of those people brings their own original document too. A photo on a phone is not accepted at the marina gate.

Why can I not see the berth number yet?

The berth, the directions and your captain's number appear once your deposit reaches us. Before that the page shows your yacht, date, time and what is left to pay. The berth is held for the booking that has paid for it.

Can I send it to my guests?

Yes. The guest link hides the price and the balance and shows only the meeting point, the time and what to bring.

Does the Uber button cost extra?

No. It opens your own Uber app with our pick-up point filled in. You pay Uber the normal fare.

How can I pay?

Card on a secure Stripe page (card payments carry a 3.7% processing fee), bank transfer with no fee, or cash to the captain once you are on board. Bank transfer needs three banking days, so close to your date the page stops offering it.
