Our clients' feedback
Gold Yachts was the perfect go to for a romantic day/evening. We loved being able to relax, eat snacks and dance playing our own music while watching the sunset. I recommend a 3 hour slot. It goes by so fast and you’re sad to see it’s over. We loved every second. ❤️
I booked a yatch through Gold’s Yatch for my sons birthday. It was a very easy processes to book and Mahmoud Ali made all the necessary arrangements for my trip to how I wanted and any questions i had were answered. I was very pleased with the yatch I hired. The captain and crew were really polite and helpful throughout our trip. Will definitely be booking again through Gold’s Yatch next time.

A corporate event on the water solves the two problems every office event has: nobody leaves early, and nobody spends the evening looking at the same four walls. The guest list is fixed by the boat, the timing is fixed by the charter, and the venue moves past Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Atlantis while your people are still talking to each other.
Gold's Yacht runs corporate charters from 20 guests to 800. Below is what fits which headcount, what it costs, and what your booking manager needs from you to come back with a single number rather than a brochure.
Boats by headcount
Headcount is the first and usually the only hard constraint. The figure on each listing is the number that boat is licensed to carry.
- 20–40 guests — a 70–90 ft yacht. Right for a team dinner, a client evening or a department celebration, where one conversation still includes everybody.
- 40–100 guests — 100–150 ft. Separate deck areas, so a presentation and a bar can run without competing.
- Up to 250 guests — Voyager Elite SeaSprite 160, from 5,691 AED per hour.
- Up to 300 guests — Voyager Elite Opal 240, from 13,791 AED per hour.
- Up to 800 guests — Voyager Elite Mega 275, from 22,791 AED per hour. This is the one for a company-wide event, a product launch or a family day.
All rates exclude 5% VAT and are set by the boat and the number of hours. Out of season there are usually offers running, and they differ from yacht to yacht — ask your booking manager what applies to your date rather than working from this page.
Formats that work on a yacht
- Team building. The water toys do the work: jet skis, a banana boat and a donut ride booked as add-ons, run in rotation with an instructor while the rest of the group is on deck.
- Client entertaining. Smaller boat, longer sunset window, catering and a proper bar. The point is the conversation, so book four hours rather than two.
- Family day. Larger boat, daytime, swimming stop. Life jackets are on board and the crew briefs everyone before departure.
- Presentation or product launch. A sound system is available; tell your manager in advance if you need a screen, a microphone or a specific deck layout, because that decides which boat you take.
- Year-end party. December and January book out first — start asking in October if the date matters more than the boat.
Drinks for corporate groups
Corporate charters have their own bar packages, priced per person and built for groups of 20 guests and up. Each one includes a supervisor, waiters, bartenders and barbacks, the full bar setup, glassware, ice and garnishes — you are booking a service, not a crate of bottles.
- Standard — 215 AED per person. 14+ items: vodka, gin, rum, brandy, whisky and bourbon, house red and white, three beers, soft drinks and mixers.
- Premium — 315 AED per person. 27+ items, moving up to Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire and a wider wine list.
- Royal — 475 AED per person. 48+ items, including Hennessy, Chivas 18, JW Gold Label, Glenfiddich 12 and 18, Glenlivet and a fine wine list.
Pricing is based on a four-hour charter and is recalculated for longer events. A bartender is included at one per 50 guests. If nobody in the group drinks alcohol, or if part of it does not, say so when you book — there is a zero-proof package as well, and it is a proper menu rather than juice and soda.
Catering
Menus are ready-made and priced per set, per guest: a General Menu from 90 AED, a Best Sellers Menu from 125 AED, and a Mega Yacht Menu from 150 AED with lobster, prawns, calamari, mussels, salad and dessert. For a corporate group the practical question is not which menu but how it is served — buffet on the main deck, or plated while the boat is moving. Tell your manager the format and they will match the menu to it.
What your booking manager needs to quote
Five things, and with them you get one price instead of a conversation:
- Headcount — the number you expect to board, not the invite list.
- Date and start time, and whether either is movable.
- Duration — four hours is the working default for a corporate event.
- Format — dinner, team building, family day, presentation.
- Whether you need alcohol, a zero-proof bar, or both.
Invoicing, a company contract and a written quote are all standard — ask for them in the same message and they come back together.
Frequently asked questions
How many people can a corporate yacht charter take in Dubai?
From 20 to 800. Up to 250 guests on the Voyager Elite SeaSprite 160, up to 300 on the Opal 240, and up to 800 on the Mega 275. Smaller yachts from 70 ft work for groups of 20–40.
What does a corporate yacht event cost?
The charter is priced per hour by boat — from 5,691 AED per hour for a 250-guest yacht, and less for smaller ones. Drinks packages are 215, 315 or 475 AED per person, catering starts at 90 AED per set. All excluding 5% VAT.
Can we run team building on board?
Yes. Jet skis, a banana boat and a donut ride are booked as add-ons and run with an instructor and a safety briefing, in rotation, while the rest of the group stays on deck.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes — a written quote, a company contract and an invoice are standard. Ask for them together with the quote.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks for a normal date. For December, January and any Friday or Saturday sunset slot in high season, start six to eight weeks out — those go first, and the boat you want matters more than the date you want.
