Onboard Drinks and Beverage Service in Dubai
Water and ice on every charter, plus a non-alcoholic service — soft drinks, fresh juices, mocktails and coffee — added to your menu and prepared on board.
What is already on board
Drinking water and ice are supplied with the yacht on every charter. You do not order them and they are not billed as an extra.
Drinking water
Chilled and stocked before you board, replenished for longer charters.
Ice
Supplied with the yacht, enough for the length of your charter and your group size.
Glassware
Provided on board — no need to bring your own for a standard charter.

The non-alcoholic service
The full beverage service is built around your menu and your group. It is the same customisable service described on our catering page, ordered together with the food rather than separately.
Soft drinks
The usual range, chilled and served through the charter.
Fresh juices
Prepared on board rather than bought in bottles.
Mocktails
Made to order by the crew — the same recipes, without the alcohol.
Tea and coffee
Served hot on board, useful on evening and sunrise charters.
Where drinks are already included
On the mega yacht brunch aboard the 220 ft Lotus, drinks are not an add-on at all: unlimited five-star drinks come with the ticket, alongside the Westin Hotel live cooking stations. That is a scheduled shared cruise rather than a private charter, so the offer works differently from a booking of your own yacht.
Brunch Cruise
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM from Pier 7, Dubai Marina.
Sunset Dinner Cruise
7:30 PM – 10:30 PM, same yacht, same inclusive drinks.
Tickets
Standard and VIP tiers — your manager quotes the current rate.
Alcohol: what we can and cannot do
We do not sell alcohol through this website. What we do is help you arrange it: tell your booking manager what the day calls for, and the drinks are organised with a licensed supplier and brought on board with everything else.
Which format suits you is worth a two-minute conversation rather than a form. The options below are the ones we arrange regularly; the final selection and its cost are agreed with your manager, and we work to the budget you name.
Open bar
A bar list served through the charter, poured by a bartender on board.
Cocktail service
A set list of cocktails made to order rather than an open bar.
Bottle service
Specific bottles chosen in advance — the usual choice for a small group.
Bartender on board
Arranged separately when you want the service, not just the drinks.
Arranging it
The beverage service is arranged with your booking manager at the same time as the yacht and the menu, so the whole day is priced before you pay a deposit. Changes to guest numbers are normal and are handled up to the day before you sail.
Every Gold's Yacht charter leaves the marina with drinking water and ice already on board. Everything beyond that — soft drinks, fresh juices, mocktails, tea and coffee — is a customisable service you add when you book, prepared on board by the same team that handles catering.
Because it is prepared on board rather than delivered ahead, the service adjusts to the day: a longer route, a hotter afternoon or twenty guests instead of twelve are all handled by the crew rather than by a fixed order placed a week earlier.
Good to know before you book
- •Add-on to any yacht charter — arrange it with your booking manager when you book.
- •Priced together with your catering menu, not as a separate line.
- •Guest numbers can be adjusted up to the day before you sail.
- •Ask your manager about the drinks on a specific yacht — inclusions vary between vessels.

Discretion is part of the service
Many of our guests charter privately and expect the day to stay private. We treat that as a condition of the booking, not an extra: what is arranged on board, who is on board and what is discussed there stays between you and your manager.
On request we select the crew and service staff to your criteria, and brief them before you sail. Tell your manager what matters — language, gender of the service team, dress, whether staff remain on deck or step back between courses — and it is arranged before you arrive rather than negotiated in front of your guests.
